วิทยาลัยเทคนิคร้อยเอ็ด (ต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า “วิทยาลัยฯ”) ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งานเว็บไซต์ www.retc.ac.th (ต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า “ผู้ใช้บริการ”) เราจึงได้จัดทำนโยบายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลฉบับนี้ขึ้น เพื่อชี้แจงแนวทางปฏิบัติของเราในการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย และบริหารจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)
1. คำจำกัดความ

“ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล” หมายถึง ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบุคคลซึ่งทำให้สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลนั้นได้ ไม่ว่าทางตรงหรือทางอ้อม

“ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูล” หมายถึง วิทยาลัยเทคนิคร้อยเอ็ด

“ผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูล” หมายถึง บุคคลหรือนิติบุคคลซึ่งดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามคำสั่งหรือในนามของวิทยาลัยฯ

3. วัตถุประสงค์ในการเก็บรวบรวมและใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
วิทยาลัยฯ จะเก็บรวบรวมและใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ดังต่อไปนี้:

เพื่อการให้บริการและการดำเนินงานของวิทยาลัยฯ เช่น การรับสมัครนักศึกษา, การติดต่อประสานงาน, การให้บริการการศึกษาออนไลน์

4. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
วิทยาลัยฯ จะไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านต่อบุคคลที่สามโดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมจากท่าน เว้นแต่ในกรณีดังต่อไปนี้:

วิทยาลัยฯ ได้จัดให้มีมาตรการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของข้อมูล ทั้งในทางเทคนิค (เช่น การเข้ารหัสข้อมูล) และการบริหารจัดการ (เช่น การจำกัดสิทธิ์การเข้าถึง) เพื่อป้องกันการสูญหาย การเข้าถึง การใช้ การเปลี่ยนแปลง หรือการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
6. นโยบายการใช้คุกกี้ (Cookies)
